The merit has been provisionally derived on the basis of the NEET-UG-2026 particulars/credentials furnished by the candidates in their online applications and shall be subject to verification of the original documents and NEET-UG-2026 credentials at the time of counselling. Accordingly, candidates are advised to bring their duly completed NEET-UG-2026 Application Form, Admit Card and Score Card/Result, along with the requisite original documents, for verification. Any discrepancy, incorrect information or failure to produce the requisite documents/credentials may result in revision of merit and/or render the candidate ineligible for further consideration for admission.
