Vety and Livestock Innovation and Incubation Foundation (VLIIF) is registered as a company (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi) on 21st August 2023 under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 defined for the formation of companies with charitable or social objectives.
Objectives:
- To promote the business of research and experimental development on natural sciences and engineering, higher education in medical/bio-technology and related course leading to a university degree or equivalent.
- The company's primary objective will be to create a supportive ecosystem that empowers innovators to transform their novel ideas into sustainable ventures.
- In addition, the company's key motive will include promoting science, innovation, education, social welfare, facilitating start-ups, fostering collaborations, promoting technology transfer, and entrepreneurial skill development.
