The newly renovated office of 1 Punjab R&V Sqn NCC, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary And Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana was inaugurated by NCC Group Commander of Ludhiana Group, Brigadier Sahib Singh Sandhu, Sena Medal, on 06 Jan 2016. 
The Commander was on his maiden visit to the unit for the Adm Inspection. Brig Sandhu lauded the efforts of Lt Col Tushar Upasani, Officer Commanding of the unit in renovating the office complex and taking keen interest in up-liftment of the unit. Col Tushar Upasani in his short stint after joining as Officer Commanding has taken up many projects with the higher authorities of GADVASU and State Administration, which will serve the unit for many long years and this new office complex is one of them. Lt Nitin Dev Singh, Associate NCC Officer, Dr PP Dubey, Care Taker Officer and unit staff were present on the occasion. The GADVASU Administration was also praised by Brig Sahib Singh Sandhu, SM, for giving such excellent facilities and always showing supporting attitude towards the up-liftment of the NCC unit which will further lead to strengthening of quality of training which will be imparted to the students of College of Veterinary Science, GADVASU- Ludhiana.
