The NSS wing of College of Fisheries, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, organized a cleanliness drive with the theme of “Clean and Beautiful Campus” at the College campus. All the under graduate (B.F.Sc.) students participated enthusiastically and cleaned the college premises including farm area, class rooms and laboratories. The derive was inaugurated by Dr. Asha Dhawan, Dean, College of Fisheries and while addressing the students, she apprised them of the importance of NSS activities in personality development as a responsible human being. She also highlighted some points on social responsibilities and women empowerment during her speech. The event was supervised by Mr. Vijay Kumar Reddy. S, NSS-In charge, College of Fisheries with the support and guidance of Mrs. Nidhi Sharma, NSS Co-ordinator, GADVASU. All the faculty members of college of fisheries actively participated in the said drive and made the programme successful.
