Guru Angad Dev and Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) conducted the Entrance Test (CET) for 
admission to Diploma in Veterinary Science and Animal Health Technology program. Dr. N S Sharma, Controller of Examinations revealed that a total of 773 candidates applied for admission to this courses, out of which 710 (91.85%) candidates (696 boys and 14 girls) appeared in the entrance test held at R.S. Model Senior Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana.Dr. Simrat Sagar Singh, Dean Postgraduate Studies and Dr SPS Sangha, Director of Student Welfare supervised the ongoing examination at the center. Dr. Sushil Prabhakar, Registrar informed that the first counseling for Diploma is scheduled to be held on Aug 25, 2015 in the Silver Jubilee Auditorium of the College of Veterinary Science, GADVASU. He revealed that test was conducted for 70 seats at Veterinary Polytechnic, Kaljharani (Bathinda) and 60 seats for Baba Hira Das Ji College of Veterinary Pharmacy, Badal. The result will be declared within 2-3 days and will be available on university website www.gadvasu.in and university notice boards also.
