Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (1) at a fixed salary of Rs. 25,000+20% HRA (per month) in the research scheme “SERB-04 Value addition of whey and pearl millet in the development of functional gluten free foods (SB/YS/LS-99/2014)”sanctioned by theScience & Engineering Research Board, New Delhi. The post is purely temporary and is till 31st March, 2018. The required qualifications are here under:
a) Essential
1. B. Sc./ B. V. Sc. & AH/ B. Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture/ Life Science/ Home Science with at least 2nd division from a recognized university.
2. M. Sc. / M. V.Sc.(LPT)/ M. Tech. in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Processing and Food Engineering/ Post-Harvest Engineering & Technology with minimum OCPA 6.0/10 or 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent.
b) Desirable
Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience on related areas, exposure to basics of food quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipments and statistical analysis.
Age upto 28 Years (as on last date of application) as per DST rules, which is relaxed upto 5 years for SC/ST/PH/OBC/Women candidates.
The candidates are requested to submit/send their bio-data along with one set of photocopies of all related documents with a recent passport size photograph on or before 12/01/2018 upto 4.00 PM. The interview will be held on 15/01/2018 at 11.00 AM. in the O/o the undersigned. No TA/DA is permissible for appearing in the interview and no separate letter for the interview will be issued.
