different activities were conducted under the supervision of Deputy Director , KVK, Dr. Yashwant Singh. Farmers field visits, training programmes and film shows were conducted in these villages where KVK staff (DR. Harmeet kaur, Dr. Priyanka Suryavanshi and Dr. Randhir Singh) guided the farmers regarding safe use of crop residue. In kurali the KVK staff visited at Senior Secondary Girls School where awareness was created among the students about effective use of crop residue and ill effects of residue burning. Deputy Director KVK, Mohali thanked the farmers and school staff for their cooperation to conduct such activities.
