Ms. Ravinder Kaur, a 3rd year B.V.Sc & A.H student of College of Veterinary Science, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary
and 
Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana won Silver Medal in Dressage Competition at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Horse Show which was organized by Punjab Equestrian Association at Punjab Police Academy, Phillaur. Dr. Nittin Dev Singh Informed that Ms. Ravinder Kaur represented GADVASU and was assisted in this endeavor by Mr. Amandeep Singh Grewal of Grewal Farms who provided Ravinder Kaur with his personal horse (Nawab) to take part in the competition. Ms. Ravinder Kaur is a very hard working and good learner student who maintains a very good balance between her studies and sports. Inspite of her hectic schedule in a professional degree course she pursues her dream of riding the horse. She started her Equestrian activity as a Cadet in NCC and won medals in Republic Day camp, 2016. Such was her zeal that she wanted to take her talent to a higher level and started doing regular practice at Grewal Farm and fulfilled her dream of winning a medal Open State level Meet. She desires to win laurels at open National meets.
