Guru Angad Dev and Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) conducted the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Bachelor o
f Fisheries Science. and B. Tech. (Dairy Technology) programmes. Dr. Narinder Singh Sharma, Controller of Examinations revealed that a total of 2701 candidates applied for admission to these courses out of which 2516 candidates (1621 boys and 895 girls) more than 93% appeared in the entrance test in two centers at R.S. Model Senior Secondary School and B.C.M. Arya Model Sr. Sec. School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana.

Registrar informed that the First counselling for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) is scheduled on July 22 whereas for B.V.Sc & A.H. and B.F.Sc is on July 23 at the Silver Jubilee Auditorium of the College of Veterinary Science, GADVASU.
He revealed that test was conducted for 60 seats of B.V.Sc. & A.H. 18 of B.F.Sc (Bachelor of Fisheries Science) and 25 of B.Tech. (Dairy Sc.Technology).The CET-GADVASU result will be declared within 2-3 days and be available on university website www.gadvasu.in and university notice boards also.
