Meat scientists from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University participated in the 6th Indian Meat Science association Conference and National symposium on “Sustainable Meat Production for Nutritional security and Consumer Wellbeing” held at DUVASU, Mathura (UP). They bagged four prestigious awards during various technical sessions. Dr Om Prakash Malav and Dinesh Krofa were awarded best oral research presentation award, whereas Dr Akhilesh Verma and Dr. Manish Kumar Chatli were conferred with best poster awards. The research and extension work being carried out in the area of Meat Science and Technology at GADVASU was appreciated during the interactions in different sessions of the conference.
