A Week long inter-college youth Festival of Vet Varstiy entered in sixth and final day with a note of gaiety. Youth Festival was started on 04th November onward under the able guidance of Dr. Satinder Pal Singh Sangha DSW Cum EO of GADVASU.
Dr. Darshan Singh Barhi organizing secretary said that three in Campus Colleges, College of Fisheries, College of Veterinary Science, College of Dairy Science and Technology Participated alongwith School of Animal Biotechnology, Veterinary Polytechnic, Kaljharani, Bathinda, and Khalsa Coillege of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Amritsar. Students pageanted their art in different fields like Fine Arts, Theatre, Singing, Dances and Literary events. Dr Kamal Garg, DPI Schools and an old alumnus was chief guest in yesterday’s function. He gave away prizes to winners. Renowned Singer Dr Sukhnain Singh and Gurtej Sidhu performed for the audience.
A number of important dignitaries attended the function. Students of Both the universities were in cheerful mood to attend the function. Teachers, employees and officers of GADVASU were present in good number for ceremonial treat. The results of yesterday‘s events are as under:
