Sri Akhand path of Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji has been started at Gurduwara sahib, pau campus byGuru Anagd Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in connection with the Parkash Purb of Guru Angad Dev ji. Bhog of path will be solemnized on 22th April 2014 at 10.30.Dr. Darshan singh Bari welfare officer of varsity shared the information. He revealed that community langar will be served after the bhog. It is pertinent to mention that the veterinary university was established on the name of second guru, Guru Angad Dev Ji. Guru ji was the thorough animal lover and a number of sick and injured animals got treatment in his personal care. Dr. Bari said that Jatha of Bhai Maninder Singh Shri Nagar walewill recite the holy kirtan of Gurbani. He said that this is a joint effort of employees, teachers and students of university who are contributing their services with tan man and dhan in the akhand path. He hoped that on this occasion a large number of devotees from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, PAU and outsiders from campus will reach to pay their respect for this holy cause.
