Venue of Counselling:

Auditorium, Silver Jubilee Block, University Veterinary Hospital, Opposite Nanaksar Gurudwara, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana

Note:

1. Physical presence of the candidates appearing for counselling is compulsory. Only one person/ guardian along with the candidate will be allowed during the counselling.
2. Candidates are advised to reach the counselling venue at least 30 minutes prior to the said reporting time (9:00 am) and listen to the instructions and announcements carefully at the venue. It is their duty to report the official(s) as and when their name is announced for any activity during the counselling.
3. Candidate or his/her guardian, without a Mask will not be allowed to enter the Counselling Venue. He/ she must bring own water bottle, pen and sanitizer etc. and must pay special attention to social distancing.
4. Selected candidates for admission will deposit their fees on the spot, as applicable as per details mentioned on page No. 19 and 24 of the University Prospectus 2021-22 for Constituent and Private Colleges respectively; failing which the claim for the seat stands cancelled and will be offered to next candidate on merit.
5. The schedule of counselling will not be changed even if holiday is declared on given date.
6. Any seat falling vacant of the above categories will be filled on the same day.
