nces University (GADVASU), Ludhiana concluded in colourful and cheerful mood. Dr Yashpal Singh Malik, Dean & Chairman of the festival, informed that this year students and faculty of the college joined hands to make the event successful and memorable. He shared the achievements of college in research, academics and extension. On the final day, Dr Nachiket Kotwaliwale, Director, ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering Technology, Ludhiana was the chief guest. In his address, he emphasised the importance of co- curricular activities in the field of scientific-research and said that every student should actively participate in extra-curricular activities. Dr Simrat Sagar Singh, Former Dean Post Graduate Studies and Dean, COVS, GADVASU and Dr Parveen Chuneja, Director, Agricultural Biotechnology, PAU, Ludhiana were the guest of honour. The officers of GADVASU graced the cultural eve programme. Awards were given to the participants.

Organizing Secretary of the event said that students presented the colourful shades of life during the cultural eve by presenting classical dance, poetry, Punjabi folk dances by boys and girls. He informed that university started an offline teaching just a week prior to the celebrations but during this short span of time students showed marvelous participation in the event. He added that out of 110 students 73 students actively participated in events such as photography, cartooning, rangoli making, clay modelling, collage making, poster making, extempore and cultural items. Dr Satparkash Singh, joint organizing secretary of the event informed that students look vibrant during the eve and the prizes they won during the event enhanced their level of joy.
Dr RS Sethi, Professor and Head, Animal Biotechnology, presented vote of thanks to the dignitaries and participants.
