The first round of counselling of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences
University (GADVASU), Ludhiana was completed on July 22-23, 2019 for four undergraduate courses i.e. Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (five & a half years programme), Bachelor of Fisheries Science (four year programme), Bachelor of Biotechnology (four year programme) and Bachelor of Dairy Technology (four year programme) at Silver Jubilee Block Auditorium of the University. Dr N S Sharma Controller of Examination informed that first counselling for 120 seats of B.V.Sc & A.H (60 each for College of Veterinary Science Ludhiana and Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Amritsar), 47 seats of B.F.Sc., 40 seats of B.Tech. (Biotechnology) and 52 seats of B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) was held.
The second counselling for admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Bachelor of Fisheries Science, B. Tech. (Biotechnology) and B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) is to be held on Aug 16, 2019, while third counselling for all the undergraduate programmes will be held on Sept 9, 2019. Status of vacant seats of all the UG programmes will be available on the university website www.gadvasu.in a day before the scheduled date of counselling.
