Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana is going to conduct the Common Entrance Test (CET – GADVASU) on 18th June, 2015 from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H./B.F.Sc. and B. Tech. (Dairy Technology). Dr. Sushil Prabhakar, Registrar GADVASU informed that a total of 2552 candidates with medical background will compete for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H./B.F.Sc and a total of 248 candidates with non-medical background would compete for admission to B. Tech. (Dairy Technology). He further informed that to expedite the process, the roll number/admit cards have been dispatched to all the eligible candidates. Candidates, if do not receive admit cards, can obtain duplicate admit cards on the days mentioned in the prospectus 2015. A total of 1522 candidates will appear in the CET-GADVASU at R.S. Model Sr. Sec. School, and the remaining at B.C.M. Arya Model Sr. Sec. School, Shastri Nagar. Candidates are required to reach the designated examination centre as mentioned on the Admit Card at 9.00 am sharp on 18th June, 2015. All the arrangements for the smooth conduct of the CET-GADVASU been completed.
Dr. AS. Nanda, Vice-Chancellor, has extended his best wishes to all the aspiring candidates going to appear in the CET-GADVASU. First counsellings for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) is scheduled on July 22 whereas for B.V.Sc & A.H. and B.F.Sc is on July 23 at the Silver Jubilee Auditorium of the College of Veterinary Science, GADVASU.
