Different social issues of our times were showcased in the ongoing youth festival of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana. The day was dedicated for theatrical events like Mime and Skit. Dr. Sarvpreet Singh Ghuman, Director Students’ Welfare informed that the student artists performed in a very professional and skilled manner. Their performances were real mirror of life and revealed the present situation of social, political and environmental issues of the time. He hoped that these artists will go a long way at inter varsity youth festival competitions as well as in the competitions of life also. He appreciated the efforts of these youngsters.
Dr. Ghuman said that in all the competitions, students from College of Veterinary Science, College of Dairy Science and Technology, College of Fisheries, College of Animal Biotechnology, Veterinary Science College, Rampura Phul, Veterinary Polytechnic, Kaljharani participated along with affiliated college, Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Amritsar participated.
