APPOINTMENT NOTICE
 
                   Applications are invited upto 30.10.2014 for the following posts on contract basis initially for a period of six months (extendable subject to performance) or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier for the Regional Livestock and Poultry Research and Training Centre for Kandi Area at Talwara (Distt. Hoshiarpur).

2.     Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with Hands on experience in use of personal computer on information technology in office productivity application or Desktop publishing applications from a Govt. OR
Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics, Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. Of India.

4.      Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in Punjabi.

1.     Graduate from a recognized university.
2.     Shorthand speed of 50 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in   Punjabi and English to be transcribed at a speed of 10 w.p.m. and 15 w.p.m. respectively.
3.      Matric level certificate of Punjabi
4.     The candidates who qualify the written test in shorthand and type in Punjabi & English will be required to qualify in the practical test of Computer or any word processing software.

OR
 10+2 with Science/Matric with one year diploma/certificate in Store-keeping/Material Management or Equivalent from recognized Institution with five years experience in handling of stores with knowledge of Punjabi upto Matric level. Note: - Experience of those candidates will be considered who apply through proper channel or whose attested copies of EPF/CPF slips are attached with the application form.
 
General Requirements:- 
  1. Only those candidates having passed matriculation with Punjabi Subject need to apply.
  2. Educational qualification must be from a Govt. recognized University/Board/Institution.
  3. Send application in the given prescribed format along with two passport size photographs.
  4. Age should not below 18 years but not more than 37 years.
  5. Applications must accompany the attested proofs of Date of Birth, Qualifications, Experience, Residence and Matriculation with Punjabi.
  6. Application forms must accompany a non-refundable Bank Draft for Rs.300/- (Sr.No.1 to 4) and Rs.150/-(Sr. No.5 to 10) in favour of “Comptroller GADVASU” payable at Ludhiana. Candidate should write his/her Name, Address and post applied for on reverse side of Bank Draft. 
            Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Interested and eligible candidates are required to send the application (along with attested copy of testimonials) as per the format given below (use 12”x8”size Envelop mentioning the name of the post applied for).
 
            All the applications on the prescribed format should reach the office of Director Extension Education, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences, University, Ferozepur Road, Near Verka Milk Plant, Ludhiana latest by 30.10.2014.
