Krishi Vigyan Kendra, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana 
organized one day farmers’ training cum awareness camp on “Mastitis control and management” at village Barodi. In this camp 34 farmers including 25 farm women participated. Dr. Yashwant Singh (Deputy Director, KVK) apprised the farmers regarding different types of activities carried out by their institution. He also encouraged farmers to get involved with KVK and avail the benefits provided to farmers by their institution. Dr. Randhir Singh (Assistant 
Professor, Livestock Production) informed farmers regarding various common diseases of dairy animals and their treatments. He also briefed farmers regarding symptoms, control and preventive measures of mastitis in dairy animals.
