The department is playing an active role in the functioning of Indian Association of Veterinary Public Health Specialists (IAVPHS). The department had organized III, XI and XVII Annual conference of Indian Association of Veterinary Public Health specialists in the year 2005, 2012 and 2021, respectively.
Presently Dr. JPS Gill is acting as General Secretary of IAVPHS.
Dr. JS Bedi is Member of Executive Council IAVPHS.
