• ETT protocols for crossbred cattle and buffaloes.
• In vitro maturation of buffalo oocytes
• Transport of buffalo ovaries in organ culture medium and subsequent effect on oocyte maturation.
• Comparative performance of various media formulations on IVM of buffalo oocytes.
• Role of heterologous oestrus serum supplementation in IVM medium.
• Role of cell co-cultures in IVM medium
• Chronology of buffalo oocyte maturation.
• Superovulatory response and pre-treatment of donors with LH, Progestrone and Estrogen.
