Development and Evaluation of Sero-diagnostic Assay for Timely Diagnosis and Prognosis of Mammary Tumors

1. To study expression profile of Mammaglobin, HSP90 and ErbB genes in normal and mammary tumor cases by qPCR (with dog as model animal).

2. To clone and express candidate biomarkers (mammaglobin, HSP90 and ErbB) in heterologous expression system.
