One act plays on different issues of life were showcased in the ongoing 10th youth festival of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana. The day was reserved for theatrical events like Skit, Mime, One Act Play, Mono Acting and Mimicry. One Act Plays showcased the different colors of life and also highlighted miseries of society. Play ‘Zindagi’ written by Jagdev Dhillon is on the miseries of life of an eunuch. It’s on clash of real parents of eunuch and outside community of eunuchs. Sagar Kumar’s Play ‘Kathputli’ also conveyed the grief of abandoned girl child. The broken dreams and a puppet like life. Other plays such as 'Neer Nirupan', 'Mahabharat', 'Intezaar', Behavioural Science gave messages to society regarding various issues. Skit such as 'Toilet ek prem katha','Singh is King', 'Rishteyan di dukan' were performed and the venue of these theatre events were Pal Auditorium, PAU.
